Description

This wine grows at the dizzying (for Burgenland) elevation of 300 metres, on limestone soils, that are ideal for Chardonnay. The grapes from these thirty year-old Burgundy-clone vines ripen on the sun-drenched southwestern slope. Fermentation in steel and cask. Flavours in the mouth reminiscent of honeydew melon, pineapple and dough; fine, creamy finish. Vegan and Vegetarian
