With medium to high acidity and/or medium tannins, these are quintessential foodie wines. Description

Straw yellow in colour with green hues. On the nose it has fresh and fragrant aromas of jasmine, basil and grapefruit, tomato leaf and laurel. To taste it’s fresh and mineral with hints of aromatic herbs such as oregano and mint and with an excellent length. The Mandrarossa winery was founded in 1999 after more than 20 years of studying the terroirs and the wines are a result of this research and experimentation and for this reason they represent a unique style from Sicily

Food pairing

Soy glazed salmon, roasted chicken, rosemary and pesto flavours
