Description

This Mezcal is made from Tobala – a very special agave that is smaller, broader leafed and is typically sweeter. It needs about 12 years to develop its aromas, and due to its small size, yields quite little but very aromatic juice.
Aroma: Notes of butter and ripe tropical fruits.
Taste: Notes of fruits such as peach, pineapple and banana, very subtle smoky nuances.

Oaxaca Old Fashioned

IDEAL GLASSWARE: : Tumbler
TASTE & AROMA PROFILE: Smoky, Fruity, Agave
METHOD: Combine in a glass with ice 30 ml Tequila Reposado with 20 ml Mezcal, 1 tsp Agave Nectar or Super Syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Stir until well chilled and serve with an orange peel garnish
