A wine between 12.5-13.5% alcohol with more some intensity of fruit and stronger flavours than in a light bodied wine. Climate and winemaking techniques such as when the grapes are picked at harvest time, ageing, oak will affect the shape and boldness of a wine. With medium to high acidity and/or medium tannins, these are quintessential foodie wines. If your preference is for wines with a bit more body and concentration, then look out for these grape varieties: 2-3 year aged whites such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Gruner Veltliner and for the reds, Sangiovese, Garnacha, Cabernet Franc, Kekfrankos.

Shining ruby with shimmering crimson on the nose cherry fruit with berry undertones, on the palate its got some complexity of vegetal notes with young fresh berry fruit and a touch of fine spice. Some sweetness and chocolate and soft tannins t finish. Good length
